5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. That is, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, your total balance will be ৳2,200, and you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 before making a withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Separate specific terms may apply to each bonus offer.
• Attempting to claim a bonus more than once will be treated as fraud.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the entire bonus being cancelled.
• gt999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once the specified wagering has been completed.

All games on gt999 are operated according to set rules. There is no possibility of manipulation in determining the outcome of slots, live casino, cricket betting or any other games.

6.1 Technical Errors

If an error occurs in a game due to a software or hardware fault, the result of that round will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded. Claims for compensation due to technical errors are not accepted.

6.2 Sports Betting

6.3 Jackpots and Special Prizes

Progressive jackpot and tournament prizes are awarded under specific rules. No claim will be accepted based on a jackpot amount that was displayed incorrectly due to a technical issue.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the gt999 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Any attempt to cheat in order to influence the outcome of a game.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Conducting transactions involving money laundering or funds from illegal sources.
• Colluding fraudulently with other players.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or abusing other users.

gt999's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Silver tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

Regular and active participation on the platform is required to move up to a higher tier. gt999 reserves the right to change the criteria for determining VIP tiers and the associated benefits.
